PyazkiKachori: Another popular dish you should try when in Jaipur is Pyazkikachori. This authentic dish is a namkeen or snack. It is served with chutney. Basically, it is a deep fried snack prepared from refined flour and is stuffed with onions, seasoning and spices mix. It is a spicy snack and is usually enjoyed with a cup of tea.

Kalmi Vada: A delicious snack, kalmivada is made from gram dal and spices. It is a spicy deep fried snack. It is enjoyed with tea and served with green chutney.

Gatte Ki Sabzi: It is a popular dish from the Rajasthani cuisine. Gattekisabzi is prepared with boiled dumplings made from gram flour. The dumplings are then simmered in delicious yogurt curry and served with hot puris or chapatis.

Ghevar: Traditionally prepared for the Festival of Teej, Ghevar is now widely available in the sweet stores of Jaipur. It is a famous sweet dish of Jaipur. Ghevar is prepared in from oil, flour, and sugar in the disc shapes. Being a famous tourist destination and of the golden triangle, Jaipur is well-connected to Delhi and other major cities in the country. Trains from Delhi to Jaipur are operated on a regular basis. There are around 119 weekly trains from the capital city, New Delhi to Jaipur.
